"Ordering was fine, just a little clunky"
I was able to place my order and found what I needed without too much trouble. The site did feel a bit slow in a few spots, though it wasn’t terrible—actually, checkout was easy once I got there. Overall, it was fine, but I do think it could be a little simpler to use.

"Felt a bit too cheap for a gift"
I bought this as a present, but when it arrived it just didn’t feel as nice or special as I was expecting. Maybe I just had higher hopes from the photos, but it looked a little cheap in person and I felt kind of awkward giving it. It might be fine for something casual, but I probably wouldn’t choose it as a gift again.

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
It took quite a bit longer to arrive than I was hoping, which was frustrating. Maybe there were delays or something, but overall I wasn’t really happy with the delivery time.

"Customer service was okay, but a bit of a hassle"
They did get back to me, but I had to wait longer than I expected and follow up myself, which was kind of annoying. It eventually got handled, but I don’t love having to do extra work just to get an answer.

"The stuff itself is cute, but the box..."
The stuff itself is cute, but the box showed up crushed and bent. I feel like the packaging used to be better, so this was a little disappointing.

"I don’t feel like this was worth the..."
I don’t feel like this was worth the money. It wasn’t terrible, but the quality was just kind of average, and for what I paid, I expected a lot better. The negatives stood out to me more than anything good about it, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
The site design feels really dated and kind of messy. It’s not very nice to look at, and using it wasn’t a great experience. I definitely wish I had read some reviews first before spending time on it.

"Still waiting for a proper update"
I placed my order and then basically heard nothing. I had to follow up, then follow up again, and even after chasing twice I still didn’t get a clear answer. It’s just frustrating to keep asking for updates and still not know what’s going on.

I opened it and was like, yep, that’s exactly what I wanted. The name came out perfectly and the colours were just like the ones I picked

"Cute at first, but kind of a letdown"
I bought this for my daughter she was so excited when she first got it. It’s cute and the lights/sounds were fun for a bit. But after just a few weeks, the stitching started coming loose and the whole light/sound part feels flimsy. I wanted to like it, and she really did at first, but it just didn’t hold up. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer.
